Kicla brings your store, eBay, Vinted and Wallapop together. When you sell an item, the stock drops on your site and on eBay, and Kicla tells you what to take down elsewhere: never sell the same item twice again. Every order in one list, shipping ready on your phone, your real profit after fees.
Every extra platform brings new customers, but also one more panel to keep an eye on. Sooner or later something slips through.
You sell it on Vinted while it's still on your site and on eBay. Then come the refund, the apologies and negative feedback that sticks.
Prices and quantities to fix by hand on every site, every time. The time you spend copying is time you don't spend selling.
An email here, an app notification there. One missed order is all it takes for a customer left waiting and a one-star review.
Fees, shipping, packaging, purchase price. You see the revenue, not the real margin, and nobody tells you about the stock that isn't moving.
Kicla was built to remove all four: one panel that works while you sell.
You don't rebuild your catalogue or change the way you sell: Kicla builds on what you already have.
With Google, or with email and password, and you're in. No card, no trial that runs out.
Your WooCommerce store address and REST keys: Kicla brings in the catalogue, variations and the last 12 months of orders.
eBay with the included plugin, which you download from the panel. For Vinted and Wallapop you mark where each item is listed and forward your sale emails to your Kicla address.
Orders checked every 15 minutes, the catalogue every hour. When an order comes in, the stock updates right away on the other channels.
These are screens from the panel, with sample products. What you see is what you get as soon as you sign in.
Each product has a single row, with the logos of the channels where it's for sale. Sell an item in one place and Kicla updates all the others.
Your site, eBay, Vinted and Wallapop end up in the same table, with the channel's logo. When a new one arrives you hear the "cha-ching" of a cash register.
Open Ship on your phone and you have today's list: what to pick, where it is, who it goes to. Tap "Shipped" and move on to the next one.
Pick a rule and Kicla adjusts prices on your store: lower on what isn't moving, higher on what flies. Before you switch it on, you see product by product what would change.
Enter the purchase price and each channel's fees once: Kicla does the maths on every sale, net of everything.
Failed sync, listings with errors, items to take down, plugin to update. Each alert takes you where it gets fixed.
The "cha-ching" for every new order, and a desktop notification if you want one.
Revenue, orders by channel, value of the stock for sale and the sales chart, from 7 days to a year.
Vinted and Wallapop listings older than 30 days, to repost so they climb back to the top of searches.
The whole panel fits the screen: every table turns into easy-to-read cards.
Write your request, read the answer and reply right there, without digging through emails.
Kicla keeps growing: in What's new you read what changes, day by day.
Your language and your time zone: every order counts on the right day.
Your store credentials are stored encrypted and never shown in clear again, not even to you.
Kicla – eBay Sync for WooCommerce is the WordPress plugin that connects your store to eBay: you publish from WordPress, stock and prices stay in sync on their own and every eBay order lands in WooCommerce. You download it from your Kicla account, and with the same account you see everything that happens.
One licence unlocks everything: Kicla without limits and the Pro version of the eBay plugin.

Since the first version, in September 2026, new features arrive almost every day. The latest:
Create your account or sign in with one click, with your email already confirmed.
The next order opens on its own, you swipe between orders, and "Not available" handles an item that isn't on the shelf any more.
Orders to ship day by day, with the item's photo and location. It opens like an app and works in the warehouse.
An online panel that brings together the places where you sell: your WooCommerce store, eBay (with the included plugin), Vinted and Wallapop. One catalogue, one list of orders, the right stock everywhere and your figures net of fees.
It's the ideal starting point: Kicla brings in the catalogue, variations included, and the last 12 months of orders, and from there keeps everything aligned. You can also add products by hand in the panel and record sales with the Sold button.
True, they don't let any program touch your listings. Kicla does the rest: you mark where each item is for sale (or tick "My whole catalogue is for sale") and, when you sell it elsewhere, it shows up in "To take down" with the link to the listing. Sales come from your emails: you forward Vinted's and Wallapop's sale emails to Kicla with a Gmail filter (three steps, you'll find them in Sync) and each one becomes an order, with photo and buyer. For now this works with the emails of the Italian Vinted and Wallapop sites.
Yes. You download it from your account, in Sync, always at the latest version, and install it like any WordPress plugin. Without a licence it publishes up to 50 products on eBay; with Pro it's unlimited on one site, with all the plugin's Pro features. All the details are on the plugin page.
No. You sign up with Google, or with name, email and password, and you're in. The Free plan doesn't expire: you go Pro only when you need more.
You go back to the Free plan. Catalogue, orders and history stay where they are; only the Pro things stop: you can't connect channels beyond the first, the Analysis lists close and the plugin goes back to the Free limits.
Your store keys are checked before they're saved, then kept encrypted and never shown in clear again, not even to you: to change them you type them again. Payments go through Stripe: your card details never reach Kicla.
Yes, the whole panel fits a phone screen. Ship, added to your Home Screen, opens full screen like an app and works in the warehouse even without a signal.
You pay with Stripe and get the invoice automatically. Renewal, invoices and cancellation are handled from your account, on the Licence page.
From the panel, in Help: write your request, read the answers and reply right there; a dot lets you know when we've replied. You can also use the support page.
Create your account, connect your store and watch your channels work together. It's free, and it takes a few minutes.
